TradeTrends.com accepts payments exclusively through PayPal.

PayPal billing terms and “How To Cancel”.

When you sign up for our services, your PayPal account will be charged. Once you are an active member, your account will be renewed automatically at the end of your subscription period. Unless and until this agreement is canceled by email, you are authorizing Trade Trends to charge your PayPal account to pay for the ongoing yearly or monthly cost of your membership.

We absolutely and positively honor all cancellation requests. There are no contracts or time obligations associated with using our service. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by either party. These cancellations must be sent via email to support@tradetrends.com.

Cancellation of service is not official until subscriber receives an email confirmation from Trade Trends acknowledging the requested cancellation.

When a subscriber requests termination, subscription fees are not refunded. Rather, the current subscription will run its course to the end of the current billing cycle, at which point the subscription would then become inactive and the account cancelled.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses arising in any way from your use of any services provided by Trade Trends.

You Agree To Protect Your Password.

Your password is for a single user (you) only. You agree that you will not give out log-ins and/or passwords to other users. Trade Trends reserves the right to cancel any subscription if it is discovered that a subscription account is being used by more than one person, or if a log-in/password is given to and used by another person. The server logs will identify and notify Trade Trends of misuse immediately. Your privileges will be denied. No refund will be given.

E-mail Address Notification:

All members acknowledge that it is their responsibility to keep Trade Trends informed of their correct, current, and primary e-mail address. Trade Trends is not responsible for undeliverable e-mail due to member negligence, firewalls, spam blockers, or mail filters, including electronic, Internet, ISP, server or routing problems, and/or any other reason which could interfere with electronic e-mail delivery.

You Are Responsible For Your Own Investment Decisions:

You agree that you are solely responsible for determining the nature, potential value and suitability of any particular stock, transaction or investment strategy. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to monitor your investments and to make prudent investment decisions. You agree to bear the sole responsibility and complete risk of relying on the information and Services obtained from or through the Site. Trade Trends is not responsible for your selection of investments. You agree to read the privacy policy and disclosure.
